Step 1: The very first step is to simply write out the letters “YOLO,” Just like we have done. These letters will assist as a guide to drawing the graffiti of each. If you have your creative design in your mind, just simply draw it roughly on any piece of paper, take a clear picture of it and paste it in your software’s canvas. Make sure to reduce its opacity.
Step 2: The second step is to draw a bubble around letter “Y.” We’ve left a little space for the word “O” to avoid overlapping of the letters and to add further definition to our drawing.
Step 3: After that, for the letter “O” draw a bubble as well. Draw another shape or bubble inside the letter “O” to show the hollowness of it.
Step 4: For the letter, L, draw a bulky bubble for it as well. But, as you can see the letter “O” appears to be in front of “L” so, simply arrange the letter “L” bubble behind the letter “O.”
Step 5: Just like before, draw a somewhat rounded shape for the letter “O” again, followed by another small rounded shape inside it. You will come up with a drawing just as ours!
Step 6: In this step, you are going to add a “Thawing effect.” Doing this is quite simple if you using a dope software like adobe illustrator. With help of a “Pen tool,” draw different types of thawing shapes with the bubbles of each letter.
Step 7: Now, it’s the time to add some more details and give life to our drawing. Start drawing some rounded and longitudinal shapes in your graffiti letters, just like we’ve drawn. These shapes have to be colored white, or colors very close to white.
