Step 1: Sketch out the outline of a head.
Step 2: Sketch out a hair line as a guide.
Step 3: Starting from the middle of the hairline, add two swoops in opposite directions as shown.
Step 4: Finish the shape of the overall head as shown in the following figure.
Step 5: Within the guidelines drawn in steps 3 and 4 add curly nonstraight locs of hair just like in as shown.
